Μπορεί τα The Game Awards να είναι η πιο δημοφιλής τελετή βράβευσης βιντεοπαιχνιδιών, όμως δεν είναι η μόνη. Και σίγουρα δεν είναι η στοργικότερη. Το Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences διοργανώνει τα αντίστοιχα βραβεία με τίτλο «D.I.C.E. Awards», από το 1998 και φέτος είναι η 29^η απονομή που κάνει.

Πότε και που θα τα δούμε

Η τελετή θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 12 Φεβρουαρίου και θα μπορείτε να την παρακολουθήσετε ζωντανά από το επίσημο κανάλι του IGN. Όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο το Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 κυριαρχεί και εδώ όντας υποψήφιο σε 7 κατηγορίες. Μια από αυτές φυσικά είναι αυτή για το παιχνίδι της χρονιάς.

Εκκωφαντική βέβαια είναι η απουσία του Death Stranding 2: On The Beach για το GOTY, παρόλο που είναι υποψήφιο σε αρκετές άλλες κατηγορίες.
